Ginco Properties launches $327m One Residence in Downtown Dubai
Ginco Properties has unveiled its latest project, One Residence, in Downtown Dubai. This luxury tower is being introduced amidst a period of robust growth and resilience in Downtown Dubai’s real estate market.

Award-winning real estate agency One Broker Group (OBG) is the exclusive sales partner for Ginco Properties. OBG has designed a 50:50 payment plan for the One Residence apartments, with prices starting from AED 1.2 million ($327,000). Urban Properties will manage the development of One Residence.
