Dubai real estate: Aldar announces of sale of 660 residences on Verdes by Haven launch

Aldar Properties has successfully sold over 660 units at its newly launched Verdes by Haven development in Dubai within 72 hours of its launch.

This apartment complex is part of the larger Haven by Aldar masterplan and signifies Aldar’s first venture in Dubai, developed in partnership with Dubai Holding.

Sales Event Success

Sales events were held at multiple locations, including the Dubai World Trade Centre, Aldar Square in Abu Dhabi, and an international roadshow. These events collectively generated more than AED 1 billion in sales.

Buyer Demographics

• International Buyers: Expats and overseas buyers accounted for 83 percent of the sales. Among these, Indian, Egyptian, and British nationals were the leading buyers.
• Local Buyers: UAE nationals comprised the remaining 17 percent of buyers.
• Gender Distribution: 28 percent of the buyers were female, while 72 percent were male.
• Age and Experience: 56 percent of buyers were under the age of 45, and 88 percent were first-time Aldar property buyers.
