Vision Iconic Tower is the landmark residential hyper-tower of Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, the branded master-planned community created by Binghatti in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz in Nad Al Sheba 1, Dubai. Set on a plot of more than 22,000 square metres (239,844 sq ft), the mixed-use tower holds 1,426 residences, from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom homes and Royal Suites, above 27 high-street retail shops. One-bedroom apartments start from AED 2.25 million.
The tower rises across a ground floor, a mezzanine, five podium levels, 67 residential floors, four mechanical levels and a dedicated roof deck. Its location in Nad Al Sheba places residents about three minutes from The Meydan Hotel and Racecourse, eight minutes from Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera, nine minutes from Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future, and fifteen minutes from DXB International Airport, in a district known for equestrian heritage and quick access to Al Ain Road and Al Khail Road.
Architecturally, Vision Iconic is designed around a sweeping, terraced spine that steps down in a single, fluid, silver-skinned curve. Its horizontal podiums draw directly on the classic Mercedes-Benz radiator grille, and at the summit an illuminated beacon acts as an architectural lighthouse across the Dubai skyline. At the heart of the development, a circular podium holds a 2,966 square-metre water plaza with the Mercedes-Benz three-pointed star as its central focal point.
Arrival is designed as a ceremony. Residents pass through a gated boulevard to valeted drop-off zones and a double-height grand lobby finished in natural stone, fluted surfaces and brass accents, with private entryways connecting directly to the central podium deck. A concierge team and valet service manage everyday arrivals and departures.
Lifestyle facilities span a sky infinity pool, a podium pool and private pools, a gym, spa services, an outdoor yoga and wellness area and a skyline jogging path, alongside entertainment studios and food and beverage outlets. Smart home systems and acoustic engineering support comfort inside the residences, while solar photovoltaic technology is built into the development, which is targeting LEED certification.
The residential mix is led by 1,017 one-bedroom apartments, followed by two-bedroom apartments and Royal Suites, three-bedroom apartments and Royal Suites, and a limited collection of four- and five-bedroom residences. Launch starting prices run from AED 2.25 million for a one-bedroom apartment to AED 14.75 million for a five-bedroom residence, on a 40/60 payment plan with a 5% down payment. The handover date is coming soon.
