Sorrento Lagoon Views is a Mediterranean-inspired residential address by DAMAC Properties inside the DAMAC Lagoons master community in Dubai. The project brings contemporary studios and one-bedroom apartments to the community, with homes starting from AED 672,000, a 50/50 payment plan and anticipated completion in January 2030.
Sorrento sits on the western edge of DAMAC Lagoons, beside Piazza Roma and close to the Lagoons View residences and the Mykonos cluster. Around it, the master plan unfolds into themed districts named after Mediterranean destinations such as Santorini, Venice, Portofino, Costa Brava and Monte Carlo, with DAMAC Hills directly neighbouring the community. Residents step out to waterfront leisure, lively piazzas and lagoon-style pools, a setting DAMAC describes as La Vita Al Lago, life by the lagoon.
The development is arranged as four towers, A to D, each rising ground, podium and seven residential floors. Gently curved balconies wrap every level and the rooftops are crowned with sculpted canopies, while the towers frame a landscaped podium of free-form pools, shaded seating and palm-lined walkways. Towers A and B each hold 166 homes, of which 138 are studios and 28 are one-bedroom apartments.
Studios range from approximately 341 to 523 sq ft and one-bedroom apartments from approximately 723 to 879 sq ft. Every layout opens onto a private balcony through full-height glazing, bringing light deep into the living space. The one-bedroom homes add a separate living and dining area, a fitted kitchen and a guest powder room alongside the main bathroom.
Inside, homes are finished with porcelain-tiled floors, painted walls and built-in wardrobes. Kitchens come fitted with cabinetry, stone countertops and backsplash, and are equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, hood and washing machine. Bathrooms feature porcelain flooring and wall cladding with stone-topped vanities, and every apartment is centrally air-conditioned with double-glazed windows throughout.
