Shahrukhz Residences by Danube is the residential chapter of Danube’s Shahrukhz brand: a 60-storey, 200-metre waterfront tower in Dubai Maritime City, planned as the tallest building in the district. It follows Shahrukhz by Danube, the 55-storey commercial tower on Sheikh Zayed Road that Danube launched in November 2025 and announced as sold out on its launch day. Where that tower was built around ambition and business, the residences carry the same name into everyday life, with fully furnished studios, flex studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, signature ocean residences across eight podium floors and three penthouses with interiors designed by Gauri Khan. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2029.
The tower stands on the Dubai Maritime City peninsula beside Port Rashid, a waterfront district between the old city and the open sea. Port Rashid Boat Station is around two minutes away, Dubai Cruise Terminal 2 three minutes, Dubai World Trade Centre and Jumeirah Beach eight minutes, and Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall ten minutes, with DXB International Airport about fifteen minutes by car. The surrounding community is planned with an upcoming metro station, a proposed mall, a beach, a sunset promenade, a sky walk bridge, a cable car, a sports park and a mosque, while a waterfront commercial promenade with 16 retail units at the base of the tower brings cafés, dining and shopping to residents’ doorsteps.
Architecturally, the tower is defined by sweeping bronze-toned frames that curve over a glass façade designed for 360-degree sea and skyline views. Arrival begins at a grand landscaped drop-off and continues into a lobby centred on a crystal chandelier, an olive tree and a wall-sized aquarium, setting the tone for a building where water, art and architecture meet.
More than 40 amenities are arranged across three dedicated decks. The podium-level Lifestyle Deck is built around a beach-style infinity lagoon pool with a lagoon jacuzzi, Kids Aqua Land with water slides, a kids’ pool and a central dancing fountain. A jogging track winds past padel, basketball, badminton and cricket courts, landscaped gardens with shell-shaped cabanas, a hammock and sensory garden and barbecue areas. Indoors, the podium holds a 40-seat private cinema, a podcast studio, a business centre and co-working space, a kids’ daycare and indoor play area, a dance and Zumba studio, prayer rooms and a party hall with billiards, table tennis and a golf simulator.
On level 33, the Wellness Deck pairs the Infinity 33 pool and a sea-view gym with the Longevity Lounge, a recovery space offering cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy beds, compression therapy boots, a lymphatic body roller and a smart wellness assessment station. An infrared sauna, herbal steam room, ice bath, salt room and separate male and female changing facilities complete the floor. At the top, the level 60 Sky Deck houses the King’s Club, a private clubhouse and open-air deck overlooking the sea and the Dubai skyline.
Homes range from 426 sq ft studios to 1,616 sq ft podium two-bedroom residences, with skyline-sea and panoramic-sea orientations depending on type and position. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens living areas and bedrooms onto balconies facing the water, and the King’s Suite one-bedroom adds a walk-in wardrobe. The signature ocean residences on the podium floors sit closest to the waterline, while the three Gauri Khan penthouses crown the collection.
Every residence is delivered fully furnished in a warm, tactile palette of Calacatta Gold marble, travertine, chevron wood flooring, wooden cladding, bronze metal accents, brown tinted glass, and leather and linen finishes, with bathrooms finished in travertine and fluted glass. Beyond the home, residents can book a private 65-foot yacht through the resident app for days out on the water.
Shahrukhz Residences is offered from AED 1.70 million on a 30/70 payment plan, with 70% payable on handover. Dubai Maritime City is a freehold area, so buyers of all nationalities can own homes in the tower with full title deeds.
