Located on the World Islands and accessible only by private yacht, Dubai’s renowned ‘rain street’ will be extended to a length of 1km, encircling the upcoming Marbella Resort. Scheduled for completion in 2026, this Dh1 billion five-star hotel will also feature a snow plaza and private coral reefs.

    Inspiration and Environmental Commitment

Inspired by the Spanish resort town of Marbella, the Marbella Resort will span half a million square meters, hosting nine types of coral reefs and over 30 species of fish. The resort aims to provide a unique cultural escape with authentic Spanish experiences, complemented by snowfall all year round in the snow plaza.

Private Coral Reefs and Marine Life

As one of the first hotels globally to offer private coral reefs, guests can snorkel and dive among the reefs, which are expected to attract diverse marine species, including angelfish, anemonefish, lionfish, and green turtles. This is part of the broader coral reef master plan for The Heart of Europe.

Developed by the Kleindienst Group, the same team behind The Heart of Europe, the Marbella Resort will prioritize environmental friendliness with solar power usage and zero microplastic discharge policies. Josef Kleindienst, Chairman of Kleindienst Group, emphasizes their commitment to sustainable and unique cultural experiences.

    Neighboring Resorts and Additional Attractions

Neighboring the Marbella Resort is the French-themed Côte d’Azur resort, which opened last year and is divided into four sections representing Monaco, Nice, Cannes, and St Tropez. The Heart of Europe also features Honeymoon Island with floating seahorse villas.

Guests at the Marbella Resort can choose from suites, chalets, or cabanas facing the sea, the snow plaza, or the raining street. The resort will offer beach parties, water sports, and open-air sea-breeze restaurants. Six restaurants will serve authentic European cuisine, enhancing the beachside destination’s appeal.
