Seef Residences by Alef Group

Seef Residences is a beachfront community by Alef Group on Khan / Maryam Island in Sharjah, set where Khan Open Beach, Al Mamzar Lake, Al Khan Lagoon and the Arabian Gulf meet. The development offers one, two, three and four-bedroom residences and penthouses across five residential towers, with homes starting from AED 895,000 and a 30/70 payment plan.

The community is planned around the water. An internal garden forms its green heart, with curved pathways, organic planting and water features, while elevated podium gardens open gradually towards a public beachfront promenade.
